Shipping policy

Shipping options, delivery estimates, and prices are always shown at checkout. We typically fulfill from different locations depending on your destination:
Sweden (SE): fulfilled from our EU warehouse (Netherlands) European Union (EU): fulfilled from our EU warehouse (Netherlands) United Kingdom (UK): fulfilled from our UK warehouse United States (US): fulfilled from our US warehouse
In some cases (for example due to inventory availability), we may ship from another fulfilment location.
Processing times
Orders placed on business days before 14:00 (local fulfilment time) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 14:00, on weekends, on public holidays, or during peak periods are processed the next business day.
"Local fulfilment time" means the time zone where your order is shipped from (EU/UK/US).
Delivery times (estimates)
Delivery times can vary depending on exact location, carrier service, weather, peak periods, and local conditions. All delivery times shown are estimates and are not guaranteed. Typical delivery estimates are:

Tracking
All orders include tracking. You'll automatically receive a tracking link once your order ships.
If an order ships in multiple parcels, you may receive more than one tracking notification.
Some carriers may show "label created" before the first scan appears. If carrier tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us via Support and we'll investigate.
Duties, taxes & customs
We fulfill orders from warehouses within each market (EU/UK/US). Prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
UK: prices are shown including VAT. EU: prices are shown including VAT. All orders are fulfilled within the EU (from the Netherlands), so no import duties apply. US: applicable sales tax may be collected at checkout depending on your location. Import duties: Orders shipped within your market are normally not subject to import duties at delivery. In rare cases, a carrier or authority may issue additional fees. If this happens, please contact Support before paying and we'll help review the charge.
Shipping delays
We always aim to ship within the timeframe shown at checkout. If we learn that we cannot ship within the promised time, we will contact you with the option to:
accept a revised shipping date, or cancel the unshipped part of the order for a refund.
If we are unable to reach you or do not receive a response within 5 business days, we may cancel the unshipped item(s) and issue a refund.
Unless otherwise agreed at checkout, we will deliver your order within 30 days from the date the order is confirmed. If we fail to deliver within this period, you are entitled to cancel and receive a full refund.
Delivery issues (delays, lost or damaged parcels)
If a parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us via Support with:
your order number, and photos (if damaged): outer package + inner packaging + the product.
Please report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with a carrier claim.
Please do not send returns or request replacements before receiving confirmation and instructions from our team.
"Delivered" but not received
Sometimes carriers mark a package as "Delivered" before it physically arrives. If tracking shows "Delivered" but you can't locate the parcel, please:
check around the delivery location and with neighbours/household, and allow up to 2–4 business days for late delivery scans.
If the parcel still hasn't arrived after that, contact Support. Please contact Support within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can investigate.
Address changes
Orders begin processing quickly and we can't guarantee changes after an order is placed. If your order has already shipped, address changes are handled by the carrier and may affect delivery times and incur fees.
Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Freight forwarding addresses
We may restrict, cancel, or refuse orders shipped to freight forwarding addresses. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or delays once an order has been delivered to a freight forwarder or third-party shipping service.
