Procurement questions
Can we pay with a government purchase card?
In most cases, yes. P-cards work like any Visa or Mastercard at checkout. Some agencies only allow purchases from US-based suppliers, so if a payment is declined, check with your card administrator.
Can our department order without sales tax?
Yes. Sales tax is only added to orders shipped to Illinois, so most departments can simply check out as usual. Ordering for delivery in Illinois? Contact us before you order and we’ll send you a personal payment link with sales tax removed.
Are Sordin products TAA compliant?
Yes. Sordin headsets are made in Sweden, a designated country under the Trade Agreements Act (TAA).
Do the headsets fit our helmets?
Yes. With SordinFLEX ARC rail kits, the T2 mounts on Ops-Core and Team Wendy helmets. Using a different helmet? Contact us and we’ll help you find the right fit.
Do the headsets work with our radios and PTT?
Yes. Our headsets connect to a wide range of duty radios through a PTT (push-to-talk) unit, so you can talk on the radio without taking the headset off. Tell us which radio you use and we’ll recommend the right PTT and cable.
