Warranty claims

Products offered by Sordin AB are covered for a defined period of time by a Limited Warranty.
Sordin extends this warranty only to the first end user of the product. This warranty is not transferable. 

If your Sordin product develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact the retailer where you purchased it. Retailers are responsible for handling warranty claims and will guide you through the process.
Claims sent directly to Sordin by end-users will not be processed.

To submit a claim to your retailer, please be prepared to provide the following:
A valid proof of purchase (receipt). Claims without a receipt cannot be processed.
A brief description of the problem you're experiencing.

What's covered by the warranty?

This warranty covers each product and warrants it to be free from defects in workmanship, under normal use and service, for the defined period of time from the date of purchase by the first end user.

The length of warranty may vary by product:
Supreme Pro-X: 5 years
Supreme Pro: 2 years
All other products: 1 year (unless otherwise specified)

What's not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover software or product damage caused by modification, alteration, misapplication, wear and tear, misuse of, or physical abuse to the product; or damage due to repair or service to the product by anyone other than a Authorized Sordin Service Center.

This warranty also excludes any damage to the product caused by circumstances outside of Sordin’s control, such as, but not limited to, lightning or fluctuation in electric power.

Important to note

Sordin reserves the right to determine whether a warranty claim is valid.
We do not any longer repair or service units that are outside of their warranty period.
